What we cannot do
We cannot give medical advice, interpret your test results, comment on your symptoms, or tell you whether a treatment is right for you. It is not reluctance — we do not have your history, and answering safely would require it. For anything personal, please talk to a clinician who does. If something feels urgent, contact your local emergency number or urgent care service rather than waiting on an email.

Footnote Health is a small operation. We aim to reply to corrections within a few days and to everything else when we can. If your message is time sensitive, say so in the subject line.
